Effective Timely, GD 10/16, Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) will lift the Notice of Force Majeure related to the unplanned station repairs at its Athol CS5. The associated restrictions at the Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC # 3500) location will be removed.
