EXTENDED: Gas Transmission Northwest Notice of Force Majeure (Extended: 7/14/23)

 

This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) that due to an unexpected equipment failure at its Starbuck Compressor Station 7 on unit C and pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC #3500).  The Effective 7/10/23 ID1 cycle extended through 7/24/23 (previously 7/20/23) capacity will be as follows:

 

Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC# 3500) Available Capacity:  2,300 MMcf/d

 

GTN anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.

 

This impact will supersede the posted capacity Notice ID# 1113 while in effect.
