Gas Transmission Northwest Notice of Force Majeure (Posted: 7/10/23)

This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) that due to an unexpected equipment failure at its Starbuck Compressor Station 7 on unit C and pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC #3500). Effective 7/10/23 ID1 cycle through 7/20/23 capacity will be as follows:

Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC# 3500) Available Capacity: 2,300 MMcf/d

GTN anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments, including previously scheduled volumes from 7/10 Evening Cycle. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage.

This impact will supersede the posted capacity Notice ID# 1113 while in effect.
